Terms of Service — SiamEntry

1. Service Description

SiamEntry (siamentry.com), operated by Zachary Chart, provides a paid assistance service for completing Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) applications. We are a private company and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Royal Thai Government, Thai Immigration Bureau, or any official Thai government agency.

The TDAC is available free of charge at the official government portal. Our service fee covers convenience, expert review, guaranteed delivery, and customer support.

2. What We Provide

Review of your application details for common errors before submission
Submission of your TDAC to the official Thai government portal on your behalf
Delivery of your TDAC QR code confirmation within the selected processing timeframe
Customer support via email

3. What We Do Not Guarantee

We cannot guarantee Thai immigration approval, entry into Thailand, or any outcome related to Thai immigration policy. We are not responsible for changes to Thai government requirements, portal downtime, or rejections caused by incorrect information you provide.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information. Any errors in the information you provide may cause your TDAC to be rejected.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed at checkout and charged in USD. Payment is processed securely by Paddle. By completing payment you agree to these terms.

6. Refund Policy

We offer refunds in these circumstances:

We fail to deliver your TDAC within the promised timeframe (full refund)
You cancel within 1 hour of ordering and processing has not started (full refund)
Your TDAC is rejected due to an error made by our team (full refund)
Super Rush orders — any late delivery results in a full refund, no questions asked

Refunds are not provided if processing is complete, if you provided incorrect information, or if Thai immigration rejects the TDAC for reasons outside our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

SiamEntry's liability is limited to the amount paid for your order. We are not liable for missed flights, denied entry, or other travel consequences.
